Favorite Verse: “He has showed you, O man, what is good.  And what does the LORD require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”  Micah 6:8

What did you want to be when you grew up?:  A pig farmer, a chef, batman, a host on the Travel Channel (bad idea, I know; they would have had to have subtitles), a hotel owner in Hawaii, a stunt devil, a Navy SEAL, a NBA basketball player, President of the United States, brain surgeon, missionary in the jungles of Africa, etc.

Why did you choose to be involved with WGM?:  I wanted to get more involved in missions as God has given me a great passion for them, and this is a great way to do that while at Asbury.  In addition, I hold WGM’s work in high regards and believe in what they are doing.

What "luxury item" do you take with you on any mission trip?: my very own flushable toilet

What's the strangest thing you've eaten on the mission field?:
Concentrated yeast extract

What words of advice would you give someone who is about to depart on their first missions experience?:  Don’t go with expectations, allow God to work and move freely and rely on his strength, not your own.  Also, be sure to spend time daily with God through prayer and His Word.
