 WGM Cabinet 2004/2005
Hometown:  Sitka, ALASKA!!!!
Major:
Undecided… yay for getting an education just for the heck of it!
Countries visited:
The Republic of Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Russia, Italy, Canada, Mexico, the Vatican, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Czech Republic, England (actually, the Rock of Gibraltar, which is technically England), Ireland, and Greece…
Favorite Verse:
Psalms 37:4-5
Favorite thing about being on cabinet:
I like people What "luxury item" do you take with you on any mission trip?:  umm… deodorant? DON’T laugh, it’s kinda hard to get some places… eeewwww….
What's the strangest thing you've eaten on the mission field?:
Sea Cucumber (and no, it’s NOT a plant… it’s an animal)… question of the hour: who was starving enough to think of eating them in the first place?!
What words of advice would you give someone who is about to depart on their first missions experience?:
Seriously, be really humble. So many people think they have all the easy answers and better ways of doing things when they haven’t seen the whole picture. Learn from those who’ve been there longer, respect them, and then, after time and a lot of listening, you can formulate your own opinions about how things ought to be.
