Hello Everyone!

Just a VERY quick note to let you know we are all doing okay and have been thinking of you, in spite of the lack of communication! We have been very busy and adopting the Argentine custom of staying up LATE! Last night we had dinner downtown at 9 PM. I don't know how to update you as to our program at the University yesterday. The turnout was very disappointing, but those in attendance said that if we were to do it again, we would have a packed house. The team gave a very polished performance and those in attendance said they enjoyed it very much. We had quality conversation afterwards with those who stayed, with some of those conversations addressing spiritual matters. E-mail addresses were obtained and we hope to stay in communication with those who came. Hopefully, the new soil we ploughed on this campus will be easier for the next folks to come in. Some representatives of Campus Crusade for Christ were in attendance and are hopeful that this will allow future evangelical groups to step foot on the campus of the Languages school (the Univ. of Cordoba has 100,000 students on several different campuses across the city). We were told that if we were to come again, we would be more than welcome. This afternoon we head to a bi-lingual grade school where we will be giving two assemblies. We will not be able to be overtly spiritual, but we are going to leave Christian CDs in the hands of each of the teachers and students as a parting gift. We will also be doing PE class for the students as well, to teach them a game with directions in English. Their teachers want them to be able to do the same for us (in English) in turn. Thank you for your prayers. We are learning many lessons in the nature of missionary work overseas. We are pleased to report that aside from a few blisters and maybe a slight cold, everyone is in good health. Take care. We send our love, The Argentina team from Asbury
