The University

| A highlight for many on our team was the
opportunity to present an English program at the University of
Foreign Languages English Department. We were granted use of
the school's auditorium to present a program on university life at
Asbury. The program was sprinkled with comical sketches as well as
the life stories of some of our team members. An English listening
exercise capped off the program while we broke into small groups to
provide one-on-one practice in conversational English. Though the
turnout was significantly less than we were told to expect, we felt that
we had quality interaction with those who were in attendance. We
were glad to be able to leave each participant with a t-shirt and music
cd provided by a band of friends at Asbury. |
