Dear
family and amigos,
Today was a very productive
day. We started off the day by each of us
sharing our testimonies to the students at
CUBC (Christian Union Bible College). We
then did some major landscaping in order to
create better water flow on the college
campus. We worked all morning on it and got
a good start. We then went to the Bennetts’
for lunch and had great soup and got to try
passion fruit. Much of the team could not
get past the snot-like texture of the fruit,
but it was actually very good. After lunch
we returned to the college and did more
landscaping, and the students helped with
the landscaping. We got a major chunk of
this landscaping done. We also tried sugar
cane today, which was quite the experience.
Then tonight we went to the Bennetts’ and
listened to many of their exciting stories
from PNG. I also filled the day with
picking on Bethany (the Bennetts’ 12 year
old daughter). Although she kept coming
right back at me, so I don’t know who got it
the worse today.

the PNG team

Be sure
to look at both photos, the first is a
picture of us and the male students from the
college after the afternoon of landscaping.
The second photo shows our feet before the
day's work and then after.
